Advice that is independent of the outcome
A written assessment is yours whether or not you use us afterwards. We have no stake in what your current provider recommended — sometimes they were right, and we will say so. Findings come in plain language: what is wrong, what it costs to fix, and what can wait.
How billing works
- $175/hr during business hours, $225/hr after hours
- Remote work is billed in 30-minute increments — a short fix is a short invoice
- On-site visits have a two-hour minimum
- Projects are scoped and approved in writing before work starts, so you approve a number, not a range
- AI builds are priced by scope: a single workflow from $1,500, a department build $15,000–$60,000

Will you just recommend hiring you?
No, and you should judge us on that. Plenty of assessments end with “your setup is fine, spend the money elsewhere.” A consultant who always finds a reason to be hired is not consulting, they are selling.
Do you work with our existing IT provider?
Often, yes. A lot of our work is a single project, a second opinion or an escalation someone else could not close. We are not trying to take the account unless you ask us to.
Do we need a contract?
Not for consulting or project work — each piece of work is scoped and approved on its own. Managed support plans run on a standard annual agreement.
What size business is this for?
Most of our work is with businesses running five to a hundred staff, including defense contractors and medical practices with compliance obligations.
